by - August 26, 2016

Before I give you a review of the product, follow me as I give you a brief introduction on the brand.
Purpletale is K-Beauty brand based in South Korea. Founder Young-ji. If you visit the website you can get a good understanding of Young-ji’s mission- to empower, and celebrate beauty.

Purpletale is not a beauty line. Purpletale is a movement. (
The name purpletale is a combination of two things that we love the most - the color purple and stories.  But more importantly, it represents what we want to achieve with the brand. (

See my disclaimer if you have any questions about my collaborations with brands- honest reviews were agreed upon before I accepted the products from 0.8L Indonesia.

I was excited when I received a package from 0.8L Indonesia . I was excited when I opened said package. Yes, perhaps, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me, and I felt truly honoured to be the 30 editors receiving this product.

*I did not purchase this product, I was sent it directly from 0.8L Indonesia. This does not affect my review in any way. All of my reviews are non-sponsored, honest, personal opinions.

I was excited to try this Multi-Functional BB Cream because of the high SPF content. An with all the talk of damaging effects of the sun rays on our skin. She's supposed secret shiny face Korean artists were selected for use BB cream. BB cream What the heck is that? BB cream stands for Blemish Balm itself is, sometimes there is also a call to the Beauty Balm.
According to myself, BB cream was all in one product. You see, BB cream can serve as a moisturizer, foundation, skin care and sunblock.

Honestly, this is the first time I tried Korean BB cream and so excited. Who could know more and more beautiful as a Korean artist.

Did you know the meaning of SPF 50+ , PA+++ , Whitening, and Anti-Wrinkle?

Let me know the meaning in this product.

Meaning SPF 50+ ,  PA +++ ,  Whitening , and Anti-Wrinkle

SPF 50 protection capabilities 98% of the UVB rays
SPF means Sun Protection Factor. It is approximate measure of the strength sunblock to protect the skin from sun exposure. Remember yes, strength, and not the length of time. For many who misunderstand that it is how long the sunscreen can protect the skin. Keep in mind that the SPF no relationship with the duration of protection.
There are two types of ultraviolet light (UV) in sunlight is UV-A and UV-B. SPF only provides protection from UV-B which normally causes a burning effect on the skin (sunburn). UV-B wavelengths absorbed by sunblok also varies due to its SPF value.
o SPF 15 protection capability of 93.3% against UVB rays
o SPF 30 protection capability 96.7% against UVB rays
o SPF 50 protection capabilities 98% of the UVB rays
The higher the SPF (70-100) is actually the better. The problem is an increase in the ability of protection than SPF 50 is only slightly different, but the price is much different! So for economic reasons-logical recommended maximum is SPF 50.

PA means of UV Protection Grade A or level of protection against UV A.
The + after the PA code indicates a high level of protection against UV-A. More and more signs + his means that the higher the level of protection, such as PA +, PA ++, PA +++, and so on.

Whitening means that the product make whitening your face.

Anti-wrinkle enriched with natural ingredients which are anti-wrinkle power complex. Its main function is to retain moisture and reduce wrinkles under the eyes.

As soon as I popped a little of the BB Cream onto my hand, I knew that I’d struck gold. it was just the right shade, being not too pink nor yellow, and without a hint of the dreaded orange of most BB Creams.

Like most BB Creams, it claims to do various things to your skin including hydrating, priming, controlling oil and mattifying.
I blended it into the skin to see how it felt:

First Impressions:
Purpletale has yielded good results. when I first used the Purpletale Fairy Tale Begining Beauty Balm SPF 50+ Sunscreen, I was highly impressed.
It smells nice, but not too strong. It has a very nice fresh smell.
It goes on silky smooth.
It blends into the skin like heaven. (It applies perfectly, it is a a rich texture and therefore not much is needed to provide full facial coverage it is not greasy but I can feel its emollients working to moisturize and protect my skin).
It looks natural, yet almost flawless on the skin. (This product basically makes my pores invisible and blends easily to match my skin tone).
Lastly, it gives my face a nice natural glow.
So far, I love it!

Thoughts and results so far
One huge difference I have noticed is the smoothness of my skin- it has made a significant difference to the texture and I’m so happy about this. I feel like my skin looks…fresher? More radiant? I can’t fully describe the effect but my skin definitely looks clearer, which I’m guessing is because of the smoothing, and I think it has helped with my uneven skin tone to some extent.
